PRICING

Our charges for use of the It's ShowTime! software are based on the number of show days and the number of computers in use on the show office network. The charges are as follows:

2 computers$ 30.00 US per show day
5 computers$ 60.00 US per show day
10 computers$ 90.00 US per show day
20 computers$120.00 US per show day

For example, a one day show using one or two computers is $30 US. A three day show using five computers is $180 US. These are our only charges. The fee includes support by email or phone, updates and use of the website features, and show data never expires. Shows that are three days long, or longer, are automatically able to use unlimited computers on the last day to ease the lines during checkout. Shows may be upsized either to more computers or more days at any time simply by contacting us by email or phone. The higher price will apply for the entire show, regardless of when we receive the upsize request. Shows may be downsized to either fewer computers or fewer days at any time before the first day of the show simply by contacting us by email or phone. The reduced price will apply to the entire show. We cannot honor downsize requests made after the start of the show. If you find it necessary to postpone or cancel your show for any reason, you must notify us by email at any time before the first day of the show. Shows may be postponed at no additional charge. Shows canceled prior to the first day of the show will be charged a $30 US cancelation fee. Shows canceled for unforeseen reasons, such as inclement weather may be canceled (subject only to the cancelation fee) by email prior to 9am Pacific Time on the first day of the show. After that time the show will be charged according to the fee schedule above, regardless of whether or not the software is used.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

We email invoices each Sunday to the email address you provided when you requested your show. Payment in US funds is due upon receipt. Payment instructions are provided on the invoice. We may choose to require advance payment from customers with a history of slow or non payment of invoices. Results for shows for which payment is significantly delinquent will be removed from the website.

 

SUPPORT

Support by email or phone is provided at no additional charge. We are available by email or phone 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm Pacific Time. If you feel you have a genuine, show stopping emergency please contact us at any time at the number provided when we send you your show. While an operating manual is provided with the program (available on the Help menu) we would prefer you to contact us for help rather than getting frustrated. Support is intended to ensure that you are able to use all of the software features as designed. Networking support will be provided at no additional charge, but we cannot guarantee that we can solve networking issues that are caused by your hardware or any security software you may be using. For help with your show office network, please try to contact us prior to the start of your show.
